1: In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, eggs, creamed corn, and sour cream. Sift the salt, baking powder, and flour, and then combine with the creamed mixture. Stir in the grated cheese, lemon zest, peppers, and cornmeal. If necessary, adjust the taste with a little bit of sugar at a time.
2: Grease muffin tins with Cannabutter, and fill the cups 2/3 full. Bake in preheated 450-degree oven for 18-20 minutes. If you want it really spicy, like me, try some other peppers or mix in some horseradish with the sour cream.
