Step by step method

  • 1: First thing to do is to preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Next grab a large bowl and toss the bread with the 1/3 cup canna-olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic.

  • 2: Now place the bread on a baking sheet and toast in the preheated oven until golden usually about 5 to 10 minutes and the allow bread to cool. While you have the bread in the oven whisk together 1/4 cup of canna-olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

  • 3: Now in your large bowl again gently toss together the bread, tomatoes, onion, basil, olives, and mozzarella cheese. Then toss with the vinaigrette and let stand for around 20 minutes before serving to your guests.
