1: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F and grease up one of your 10-inch round baking dishes.
2: Next melt the canna-butter in a large skillet over medium heat and cook while stirring the onions and bell peppers until softened, it usually takes about 5 minutes.
3: Now stir in the ham and continue cooking until heated through about 5 minutes maybe more.
4: Go ahead and beat the eggs and milk into a large bowl and stir in the cheddar cheese and ham mixture, and season to your liking with salt and black pepper.
5: Next pour mixture into prepared baking dish and bake in preheated oven until eggs are browned and puffy, usally about 25 minutes.
